Meet Caleb.  His sweet family and I became instant friends (through the help of a mutual friend) and right off the bat, I was impressed by Caleb.  He loves the Lord more than anything, he is a leader to his younger brothers and those around him, and he is more determined than most kids his age.  Knowing he wants to make a career in health and fitness, he spends his free time at the gym, researching all aspects of personal health and vlogging in order to share what he loves.  He is kind and funny, he laughs a lot and he is just a real kick in the pants to be around!

If you EVER want to know ANYTHING about eating plans, how to lift heavy things or what the heck your macros are…he’s your man!  I like to pick on him by telling him every time I eat something healthy or do something active.  Whenever I work out, I feel like I need to tell Caleb…if anything just to make him laugh!  But he genuinely cares about the people in his life and gets even MORE excited if he knows you are taking good care of yourself!

Since the gym is his second home, of course, we had to do half of the session there.  The rest of it was spent wandering around a part of Seoul that our families spend a ton of time in!  He made it so easy for me to do my job!  Isn’t he just so handsome?!

Thank you, Caleb, for allowing me to photograph you!  I will never look at carbs the same way (but you can’t stop me from eating and loving them yet) and if I am ever able to function properly at the gym, it will be all thanks to you.  I admire your strong faith at such a young age and I love how you influence those around you!  It is amazing how proud your parents are of you, not to mention the rest of us that know you!  You are truly an awesome human being and I pray for only the best for you in your future!!  Can’t wait to have Ethan point you out on the cover of a magazine someday!  😉
